safety of a GOOD neighborhood with cops and chp officers for neighbors
LOTS of families
sidewalks with big trees
on a culdesac with a big turn around so all the houses are situated so you aren't looking directly into their houses or them into yours

it's flippin perfect

the kids could have friends to hang out with

there's enough room that all the kids friends can hang out at our house

the high school district is better for my kids needs

it just feels right

only problem is i haven't sold the other house so what if someone else buys this? LMAO

then it's not destined to be I suppose and something better will come to us

yep...wise to think like the fox with the grapes.....but this house is too perfect to stay on the market for long...so good luck and may it all turn out in your favor : ))

well it's been for sale over 70 days now ;-)

That is hard to belive it has been on the market that long. They might not have a good realtor.
