This is an old Russian camera Smena 8M�
My friend found it in his basement and gave it to me.
It`s fully manual, 35mm camera. Light weight plastic body and when you prepare it for shot it sounds like an old Mauser bolt-action rifle� LoL.. ;-)
I put a black & white film in this camera and planning to do some shots� Will see how it`s going to be�
I just wonder if anyone had some experience with this camera because I don`t know absolutely anything about it�

I have just bought myself an old 35mm Ricoh rangefinder that I have thrown in a slide film for a laugh.

I've a Smena Symbol, it is quite different from yours but it is also old and full manual.

maybe you can find some information in www.lomography.com , they had a lot of old russian cameras and the are making very cool new ones...look for the smena there.
